Raised in Ireland, Siobhan moved to London to pursue a career in marketing. She took a career break to look after her 3 children, an experience which changed her life and her career. Siobhan ended up creating www.netmums.com. Which is now in its 10th year, and writing the best-selling How to be a Happy Mum. She lives in Harrow with her husband Paul, 3 children and three new kittens.

Catherine balances her career as a journalist and a blogger with being a mum of two children, three year old Nathan and one year old Peggy. Like all working mums, she is time-pressed, sleep-deprived and an expert juggler. Finding time to make healthy meals is one extra ball to keep up in the air- and then there is the challenge of actually getting them to eat it!

Emma originally caught the cooking bug from her granny and hasn't looked back! Combining her passion for food with strong writing skills, she worked for Delia Smith's New Crane Publishing before moving to Good Housekeeping magazine. As Cookery Editor, Emma learned the art of combining fresh ingredients with time saving products: the backbone to cooking fabulous dinners.

Formerly an award-wining chef and cookery demonstrator, Lesley's lively personality makes her a popular television cook on programmes like Ready Steady Cook. Over the last 20 years, Lesley has written nearly 20 food books and created not only a successful cookery school in Devon, but also a catering company which delivers delicious food all over the country.

Mitzie was brought up in Devon and now lives in Kingston with her husband and two daughters aged 12 and 15. After working as an editor at BBC Good Food and Delicious magazine, she now writes recipes and does food styling for many magazines and businesses. She is also editor of Women and Home Dinner Tonight magazine and her latest book MINCE! won a World Gourmet Cookery book of the year award.
