A Cook's Helping Hand

I love spring time. What better time of year to indulge in my two delicious new desserts, both ready to cook from frozen. My Summer Fruits Lattice Tart is a made with ripe, plump blackcurrants, Bramley apples and redcurrants and topped with delicious crisp pastry. Garden Berries Sponge Pudding combines scrumptious fluffy vanilla sponge topped with ripe redcurrants, blackcurrants and crushed raspberries in a tangy fruit sauce.
