Red Cabbage with Bramley Apple

Crunchy sweet red cabbage combined with juicy bramley apples to create a deliciously festive dish.

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

Whole packet of Red Cabbage (500g)
TO MICROWAVE:
Pour red cabbage and apple pieces into a microwaveable container and follow the guidelines below:

850W
Cook for 3 minutes
Remove bowl & stir well with a fork
Cook for a further 3 minutes
Leave to stand for 1 minute

750W
Cook for 4 minutes
Remove bowl & stir well with a fork
Cook for a further 4 minutes
Leave to stand for 1 minute
As microwave ovens may vary these instructions are a guide only. When using ovens of different powers, heating time should be adjusted accordingly.

ON THE HOB:
Pour the red cabbage & apple pieces into a non stick saucepan. Stir continuously over a moderate heat for 8-9 minutes.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
