*2 Aunt Bessie's Giant Yorkshires *4 sausages, variety of your choice *4 red potatoes *50g of frozen peas *2 large tomatoes *Aunt Bessie's Classic Gravy Granules

Instructions

  1. Firstly grill the sausages on a medium setting according to on-pack instructions.

  2. Place the frozen peas in a microwaveable bowl, add a little water, cover with cling film and microwave according to on-pack instructions.

  3. Cut the tomatoes in half, place a smear of butter and some pepper on top and grill under a medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until soft, and then slice.

  4. Cook the Aunt Bessie's comforting mash according to the on pack instructions.

  5. Now you're ready to put the filling in the puddings! Fill each Aunt Bessie's tasty giant yorkshire with a spoonful of mashed potato and a spoonful of peas, then top with the sausages and slices of grilled tomato.
