Aunt Bessie's 12 Golden Yorkshires
1 jar of fruit jam
24 strawberries cut in half
1 tin of squirty cream
Icing sugar to dust

How to cook

  • Place the Aunt Bessie’s Golden Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray and cook for 4 minutes at 220c then leave to cool.
  • Once they’ve cooled down, spoon a little jam into the Yorkshire puds and place two halves of strawberries within each one.
  • Squirt a little bit of cream on top and dust with icing sugar.
  • Tuck in and enjoy.
