A roast dinner always deserves a special centrepiece, so why not serve up our tender Beef joint - wonderfully succulent and flavoursome, plate up with some of our delicious Yorkshires for a classic roast. 

How to Cook

For best results, cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.

 

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, use immediately. 

 

Oven from defrost (35 mins)

Pre-heat 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove from outer carton, leaving the joint in the sealed bag in the foil tray. Place the foil tray on a flat baking tray and roast on the middle shelf. Medium cook for 35 minutes. Well Done cook for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 15 minutes before removing from the bag and carving.

 

Oven from frozen (1 hour 5 minutes)

Pre-heat oven 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove from outer carton, leaving the joint in the sealed bag in the foil tray. place the foil tray on a flat baking tray and roast on the middle shelf. Medium cook for 1 hour 5 minutes. Well Done cook for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 15 minutes before removing from the bag and carving. 

 

Ensure there are no shelves above as the roasting bag will inflate during cooking. TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THE BAG AS THERE WILL BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM AND JUICES WILL BE HOT!

 

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at -18ºC or colder.

For best before, see front of pack.

Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
