How to Cook
ALWAYS COOK STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER. DO NOT EAT RAW OR DEFROSTED. YOUR GREEN VEG MIX REQUIRES COOKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
Tastiest when HOB-COOKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
HOB COOK:
1. Empty the contents into a pre-heated large non-stick frying pan.
2. Using the largest rings on the hob, sauté the vegetables over a high heat, whilst stirring frequently, for 7-9 minutes.
3. Ensure the majority of the liquid has evaporated before serving. Halogen electric hobs may take 10-12 minutes.
MICROWAVE:
1. Empty the contents into a microwavable bowl.
2. Microwave on full power for (700W / 800W / 900W): 7 minutes, stir gently and microwave on full power for a further 7 minutes
3. Stand for 2 minutes before serving
