A roast dinner deserves some special attention, so we’ve taken the delicious veg you love and added some inspiring flavours. Tasty carrots, swede, red onion, butternut squash & sweet potato all topped with a creamy sauce and golden parsley crumb - a real treat for all the family, simple to cook and hassle free with no chopping needed!

How to Cook

Pre-heat the oven to 220c, Fan 200c, Gas Mark 7.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid.
Place on a baking tray at the top of the pre-heated oven. Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove film and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Pierce the film lid and place on a microwavable plate.
Microwave on FULL POWER for:
700W: 9 Minutes
800W: 8.5 Minutes
900W: 8 Minutes
Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Remove film and serve  

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
