Garlic & Herb Beef Joint

A roast dinner always deserves a special centrepiece, so why not serve up our tender Beef Joint. Aged for 21 days for succulence and topped with garlic and herbs for a full flavoured roasting joint. It comes in a ready-to-roast tray meaning less time prepping and more time spent with family and friends.

How to Cook

For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Wash hands, utensils and all surfaces thoroughly after handling raw meat and all packaging.

Oven cook from frozen

 Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius or 180 degrees celsius for a fan oven or gas mark 6.  Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided. Cover the tray loosely with foil. For a medium cook, place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven, cook for 50 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 50 minutes. For a well done cook, cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Air Fry from frozen

For a medium cook, pre-heat air fryer to 150 degrees celsius for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Remove all packaging. Place Beef in air fryer basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour. For a well done cook, cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and cover with foil. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Oven cook from defrost

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 180 degrees Celsius for a fan oven or gas mark 6 . Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided. Cover the tray loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. For a medium cook, cook for 35 minutes. Remove foil covering and cook for a further 35 minutes. For a well done cook, cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18ºC or colder.

For best before, see front of pack.

Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
